ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,465,670, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to Cutiss AG (Schlieren, Switzerland).

"Disposable system and method for preparing a compressed hydrogel" was invented by Claude Nicolas Holenstein (Zurich), Jerry Donnan (Edinburgh, Great Britain) and Vincent Ronfard (Villarzel, Switzerland).
