ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,339,088, issued on June 24, was assigned to Crosman Corp. (Bloomfield, N.Y.).
"Spool valve assembly for air gun" was invented by Jeffrey D. Hanson (Honeoye Falls, N.Y.) and Ethan T. Butterfield (Ontario, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An air gun includes a barrel through which a projectile is fired, and a chamber fluidly connected to the barrel. The air gun also includes a valve assembly including a valve body, a primary spool, and a secondary spool."
The patent was filed on March 4, 2024, under Application No. 18/595,242.
