ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,427,170, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to CRISPR THERAPEUTICS AG (Zug, Switzerland).

"Universal donor cells" was invented by Alireza Rezania (Cambridge, Mass.) and Rebeca Ramos-Zayas (Cambridge, Mass.).
