ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,473,397, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to Covestro Intellectual Property GmbH & Co. KG (Leverkusen, Germany).

"Polyester carbonates from aliphatic diacids and aliphatic diols, and process for the production thereof" was invented by Alexander Meyer (Dusseldorf, Germany), Jan Heijl (Lokeren, Belgium), Helmut Werner Heuer (Siegen, Germany) and Annabelle Bertin (Antwerp, Belgium).
