ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,351,644, issued on July 8, was assigned to Corvus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Burlingame, Calif.).
"Anti-CD73 antibodies" was invented by Emily Piccione Griffin (Belmont, Calif.), Richard A. Miller (Portola Valley, Calif.) and Ian McCaffery (Oakland, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are, inter alia, anti-CD73 antibodies and methods of using the same. The antibodies provided include amino acid substitution embodiments affecting the antibody glycosylation state. The antibodies provided herein are, inter alia, useful for the treatment of cancer and effective for inhibition of CD73 activity."
