ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,415,747, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Corning Inc. (Corning, N.Y.).

"Glass compositions with high refractive indexes and low densities" was invented by Jian Luo (Cupertino, Calif.), Lina Ma (Corning, N.Y.) and Alexander I Priven (Sejong-si, South Korea).
