According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An exercise apparatus can include a base. The exercise apparatus can include a post comprising a first portion and a second portion. The base can be configured to receive the first portion of the post. The exercise apparatus can include a pad disposed around the second portion of the post. The exercise apparatus can include a tank coupled with the post at a distal end of the post opposite the base. The pad can extend from the base to the tank."
