"Power and optical fiber interface" was invented by Thomas P. Huegerich (Fuquay Varina, N.C.), Wayne M. Kachmar (North Bennington, Vt.), Robert Charles Flaig (Lancaster, Pa.) and Dwight A. Bretz (Hummelstown, Pa.).
