ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,439,750, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to COMMISSARIAT A L'ENERGIE ATOMIQUE ET AUX ENERGIES ALTERNATIVES (Paris).
