ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,289,092, issued on April 29, was assigned to COMMISSARIAT A L'ENERGIE ATOMIQUE ET AUX ENERGIES ALTERNATIVES (Paris).
"Clock device" was invented by Marc Sansa Perna (Grenoble, France) and Philippe Robert (Grenoble, France).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present description concerns a clock signal generation device (902) comprising: a microelectromechanical resonant element (504); and at least one nanoelectromechanical transduction element (512)."
The patent was filed on Dec. 10, 2020, under Application No. 17/757,308.
