ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,526,488, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to Comcast Cable Communications LLC (Philadelphia).

"Content aggregation" was invented by Matt Barbour (Petaluma, Calif.), John Hickey (Novato, Calif.) and Osbert Orr (Daly City, Calif.).
