According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A multi-attachment lever binder with a lever having a first and second bifurcated arm mounted thereon. The first bifurcated arm is mounted on the lever to establish a first pivot point. The second bifurcated arm is mounted on the lever to establish a second pivot point.
