ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,440,647, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to Coloplast A/S (Humlebaek, Denmark).

"Urinary catheter assembly including a catheterization aid providing a handle and an intermittent catheter disposed within the handle" was invented by Lars Olav Schertiger (Fredensborg, Denmark), Alistair David Morton (Kastrup, Denmark) and Berker Diker (Copenhagen, Denmark).
