ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,226,512, issued on Feb. 18, was assigned to Colgate-Palmolive Co. (New York).
"Personal care compositions" was invented by Kathy Potechin (Short Hills, N.J.), Min Li (Bridgewater, N.J.), Aixing Fan (Bridgewater, N.J.), Thomas Boyd (Metuchen, N.J.) and Melissa Moy (Staten Island, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Described herein are personal care compositions comprising-inter alia-a gum system comprising a plurality of natural gums; a surfactant system comprising a plurality of alkyl polyglucoside surfactants; and a cosmetically acceptable carrier. Methods of making and using these compositions are also described herein."
