ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,241,016, issued on March 4, was assigned to CNPC USA Corp. (Houston), Beijing Huamei Inc. (Beijing) and China National Petroleum Corp. (Beijing).

"High temperature high salt low end rheology modifiers" was invented by Janine Shipman (Houston), Meng Lu (Sugar Land, Texas) and Weibin Zha (Spring, Texas).
