US Patent Issued to CNH Industrial America on Sept. 16 for "Moveable chaff pan for agricultural vehicle" (Belgian, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,414,504, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to CNH Industrial America LLC (New Holland, Pa.).

"Moveable chaff pan for agricultural vehicle" was invented by Gilles Mommerency (Oostnieuwkerke, Belgium), Tim Passchyn (Sint-Michiels, Belgium) and Nathan Isaac (Lancaster, Pa.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A chaff pan assembly for an agricultural vehicle includes a chaff pan that is moveable between raised and lowered positions. A stationary bracket is mounted to a fixed point on the agricultural vehicle.
