ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,545,714, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to City of Hope (Duarte, Calif.).
"BAFF-R/CD19 targeted chimeric antigen receptor-modified T cells and use thereof" was invented by Hong Qin (Duarte, Calif.), Xiuli Wang (Duarte, Calif.), Larry Wonshin Kwak (Duarte, Calif.) and Stephen J. Forman (Duarte, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Chimeric antigen receptors targeting both BAFF-R and CD19 are described as are methods for their use."
The patent was filed on Feb. 20, 2020, under Application No. 17/432,283.
