ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,418,832, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Cisco Technology Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Migration of network traffic between licensed and unlicensed spectrum" was invented by Sri Gundavelli (San Jose, Calif.) and Vimal Srivastava (Bangalore, India).
