"Location accuracy via intelligent reflecting surfaces" was invented by Ardalan Alizadeh (Milpitas, Calif.), Sivadeep R. Kalavakuru (Milpitas, Calif.), Matthew Aaron Silverman (Shaker Heights, Ohio) and John Matthew Swartz (Lithia, Fla.).
