"Hidden-layer routing for disaggregated artificial neural networks" was invented by Robert Edgar Barton (Richmond, Canada), Frank Brockners (Cologne, Germany), Jerome Henry (Pittsboro, N.C.), Matthias Falkner (Ottawa), Indermeet Singh Gandhi (San Jose, Calif.) and Thomas Michel-Ange Feltin (Paris).
