US Patent Issued to Cisco Technology on June 17 for "Error context for bot optimization" (North Carolina Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,332,730, issued on June 17, was assigned to Cisco Technology Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Error context for bot optimization" was invented by Chidambaram Arunachalam (Apex, N.C.), Nagendra Kumar Nainar (Morrisville, N.C.) and Gonzalo Salgueiro (Raleigh, N.C.).
