"Humanoid system for automated customer support" was invented by David C. White Jr. (St. Petersburg, Fla.), Jay K. Johnston (Raleigh, N.C.), Magnus Mortensen (Cary, N.C.), Christopher Shaun Roberts (Spring, Texas) and Kevin D. McCabe (Raleigh, N.C.).
