US Patent Issued to Cisco Technology on Aug. 5 for "Deterministic assignment of overlay multicast traffic" (Indian, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,381,750, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Cisco Technology Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Deterministic assignment of overlay multicast traffic" was invented by Vengada Prasad Govindan (Chennai, India), Aswin Kuppusami (Chennai, India) and Stig Ingvar Venaas (Portland, Ore.).
