ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,389,252, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Cisco Technology Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Dynamic spectrum access mode based on station capabilities" was invented by Vishal S. Desai (San Jose, Calif.), Pooya Monajemi (San Jose, Calif.), Young Il Choi (San Jose, Calif.) and Santosh B. Kulkarni (Sunnyvale, Calif.).
