ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,306,170, issued on May 20, was assigned to CIDRA CONCRETE SYSTEMS INC. (Wallingford, Conn.).

"Techniques for monitoring slump characteristic of concrete in a rotating container or drum" was invented by Michael A. Davis (Glastonbury, Conn.), Douglas H. Loose (Southington, Conn.), David Vincent Newton (Madison, Conn.), Charles Winston (Glastonbury, Conn.) and Alan D. Kersey (South Glastonbury, Conn.).
