ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,331,349, issued on June 17, was assigned to Children's Medical Center Corp. (Boston).
"Method for detection of analytes via polymer complexes" was invented by Wesley Philip Wong (Cambridge, Mass.) and Clinton H. Hansen (Brighton, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are products and methods for detecting analytes using polymers that bind to such analytes and thereby undergo a conformational change or contribute to a newly formed complex."
