ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,380,500, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (Chicago).
"Transactionally deterministic high speed financial exchange having improved, efficiency, communication, customization, performance, access, trading opportunities, credit controls, and fault tolerance" was invented by Ari Studnitzer (Northbrook, Ill.), Zachary Bonig (Skokie, Ill.), Ryan Eavy (Chicago), Frank Kmiec (Cary, Ill.), Barry Galster (Chicago) and Paul Callaway (Chicago).
