ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,533,650, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to Chevron Phillips Chemical Co. LP (The Woodlands, Texas).

"Use of a continuous catalyst regeneration type reformer for the aromax(R) catalyst process" was invented by Ryan W. Snell (Jubail Industrial, Saudi Arabia), Scott Morrison (Kingwood, Texas) and Troy Bretz (Tomball, Texas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to the aromatization of hydrocarbons with an aromatization catalyst, including methods of aromatization comprising the use of a continuous catalyst regeneration type reformer."
