ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,370,536, issued on July 29, was assigned to Chevron Phillips Chemical Co. LP (The Woodlands, Texas) and The Shepherd Chemical Co. (Norwood, Ohio).

"Hydrocyclone modification of catalyst system components for use in olefin polymerization" was invented by Mark Scott (Fort Thomas, Ky.), Evan Merk (Cincinnati) and Max P. McDaniel (Bartlesville, Okla.).
