ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,341,436, issued on June 24, was assigned to Chengdu Monolithic Power Systems Co. Ltd. (Sichuan, China).

"Driving circuit for driving a rectifier device in a high frequency resonant converter" was invented by Bin Xiao (Chengdu, China).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A driving circuit of a rectifier device. The gate-source voltage of the rectifier device is continuously detected to provide a monitoring signal. When the monitoring signal reaches a first threshold voltage, a regulation circuit in the driving circuit is configured to regulate an output driving voltage of the driving circuit to decrease linearly."
