ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,253,711, issued on March 18, was assigned to Chengdu BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co. Ltd. (Chengdu, China) and BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd. (Beijing).
