ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,514,103, issued on Dec. 30, was assigned to Chengdu BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co. Ltd. (Sichuan, China) and BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd. (Beijing).
