ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,241,800, issued on March 4, was assigned to Chelak Medical Solutions Inc. (Houston).

"Miniaturization of fiber Bragg grating interrogation for integration into implantable devices" was invented by Jie Cheng (Bellaire, Texas), Siu Chun M. Ho (Pearland, Texas), Dhanunjaya R. Lakkireddy (Leawood, Kan.) and Chen Chen (New Haven, Conn.).
