ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,521,334, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to Chalkless Inc. (Wilmington, Mass.).
"Particulate silica silylate kit for treatment of surfaces for hydrophobicity characteristics" was invented by James M. Pidhurney (Auburn, N.H.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides a method and kit for the treatment of surfaces, such as the skin surface of a user, to impart hydrophobic characteristics upon the surface.
