"Roulette game" was invented by Howard W. Lutnick (New York), Dean P. Alderucci (Westport, Conn.), Geoffrey M. Gelman (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Kevin Burman (Hunters Hill, Australia).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "According to various embodiments, an apparatus may laser project a customized ordering of numbers onto a roulette wheel."
The patent was filed on May 27, 2021, under Application No. 17/332,996.
