ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,338,283, issued on June 24, was assigned to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (Los Angeles).

"Methods for targeting the immune checkpoint PD1 pathway for treating pulmonary fibrosis" was invented by Paul W. Noble (Beverly Hills, Calif.), Dianhua Jiang (Encion, Calif.) and Carol Jiurong Liang (Encino, Calif.).
