ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,214,824, issued on Feb. 4, was assigned to Caterpillar Inc. (Peoria, Ill.).

"Front rail weldment" was invented by David O. Zalanka (Mt. Zion, Ill.) and Timothy D. Harman (Forsyth, Ill.).
