ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,338,629, issued on June 24, was assigned to CARLISLE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS LLC (Carlisle, Pa.).

"Roofing systems with pre-attached conductive layers for electronic leak detection" was invented by Christopher Kann (Newville, Pa.), Jesse Sutton (Carlisle, Pa.) and Benjamin Mcfadden (Gettysburg, Pa.).
