ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,115, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Cargill Inc. (Wayzata, Minn.).

"Recovery of 3-hydroxypropionic acid" was invented by Timothy Walter Abraham (Minnetonka, Minn.), Erik Allen (Minneapolis), John J. Hahn (Apple Valley, Minn.), Paraskevas Tsobanakis (Mendota Heights, Minn.), Eric Christopher Bohnert (Minneapolis) and Christopher Lawrence Frank (Maple Grove, Minn.).
