ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,446,603, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to Cargill Inc. (Wayzata, Minn.).

"Soluble rice flour compositions" was invented by Avi Goldstein (Golden Valley, Minn.), Xian-Zhong Han (Maple Grove, Minn.) and Thomas Kennedy Hutton (Minneapolis).
