ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,310,688, issued on May 27, was assigned to Capstan Medical Inc. (Santa Cruz, Calif.).

"Robotic delivery system for cardiac implants" was invented by Daniel T. Wallace (Waikato, New Zealand), Travis Schuh (Boulder Creek, Calif.), Neal Tanner (Austin, Texas), Thomas Nixon (San Jose, Calif.), Evelyn Hayes (Santa Cruz, Calif.) and Peter Gregg (Santa Cruz, Calif.).
