ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,218,907, issued on Feb. 4, was assigned to Capital One Services LLC (McLean, Va.).

"Subnetwork selection" was invented by Rahul Parikh (Plano, Texas), Sugavaneswaran Selvaraj (Frisco, Texas) and Vijayalakshmi Narasimha Raju Kalidindi (Frisco, Texas).
