ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,298,296, issued on May 13, was assigned to Canon Virginia Inc. (Newport News, Va.).
"Methods and devices for separation of blood components" was invented by Nabil Mikhaiel (Newport News, Va.), Lindsay Sanford (Coventry, Conn.), Kelly Coughenour (Newport News, Va.) and Jeremy Schreiber (Newport News, Va.).
