ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,548,373, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Canon K.K. (Tokyo).

"Information processing apparatus, information processing method, and storage medium that detect a position of an object in an area in which the object performs an activity, based on an obtained image" was invented by Tetsuhiko Yao (Tokyo) and Atsushi Tamura (Kanagawa, Japan).
