ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,427,290, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to C.R. Bard Inc. (Franklin Lakes, N.J.).

"Perfusion balloon with internal valve" was invented by Garrett Gomes (San Mateo, Calif.), Andrew Moll (Burlingame, Calif.), Cameron Moore (Fremont, Calif.), Samuel Radochonski (San Francisco), Chander Virk (Redwood City, Calif.) and Anthony Young (San Jose, Calif.).
