US Patent Issued to C-LECTA, NEW MATTERHORN on Sept. 9 for "Method for producing trehalose employing a trehalose phosphorylase variant" (German, Dutch Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,412, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to C-LECTA GMBH (Leipzig, Germany) and NEW MATTERHORN LLC (Wilmington, Del.).

"Method for producing trehalose employing a trehalose phosphorylase variant" was invented by Christopher David Bayer (Amsterdam), Andreas Vogel (Leipzig, Germany), Marc Struhalla (Leipzig, Germany) and Birgit Brucher (Leipzig, Germany).
