According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method of video processing is described. The method includes performing a conversion between a current block of a video and a bitstream representation of the video, wherein the current block is coded with a dictionary-based coding mode using one or more dictionaries, and wherein the conversion is based on the one or more dictionaries."
