According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A spin art stamp creating device includes a tray, a spinner platform, and a stamper. The tray includes a raised shelf therein, wherein the raised shelf includes a centrally-located hole. The spinner platform is configured to be received within the tray.
