ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,378,787, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Building Modern Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).

"Integrated structural and architectural facade level-by-level construction system" was invented by Teck Han Loi (Singapore).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided is a level-by level construction methodology integrating architectural and structural work for use in the construction of a multi-level building utilizing a movable protection system that can be mounted to a multi-level building during its construction."
