"Reinforced gas-permeable membrane and reinforced gas-permeable well utilizing same" was invented by Chang-Dong Feng (Long Beach, Calif.), Josh L. Rothman (Fallbrook, Calif.), Robert J. Garrahy (Laguna Niguel, Calif.) and Scott T. Broadley (Laguna Beach, Calif.).
